Unfortunately, All orders are final due to all products being exclusive and limitedly stocked. You will also find this information in the 'returns policy' on all product description pages.
What is your returns policy?
"We at Deluxe Decors Hold exclusive limited luxury furniture and due to this; all orders are final and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. All descriptions are descriptive and further enquiries before purchasing can made if your questions were not answered after reading through the description.
All furniture is packaged well but if any damage is caused throughout the shipping process, your order will be reviwed carefully before making a descision and you will have 10 days excluding non business working days to return your faulty item back to us. For all orders a tracking number will follow your confirmation receipt 2-3 working days after you've made your purchase. Please note this excludes Sundays.
